David Holden replied to me very promptly when I inquired about his company cleaning our windows! He came out within about 2 hours after I contacted his company and gave me an excellent quote to clean our windows inside and out, as well as the screens.I received updated texts about who would be coming to our home and when they would be here. David's staff was very professional and courteous AND they did an amazing job in a very short period of time!We will definitely have them back!!

Dave and his crew were all professional and did not waste time cleaning our many windows and skylights of our 3 story home ( including a daylight basement). We also have a solarium full of plants that is 2 stories high and full of windows which they cleaned inside and out. They did a terrific job and were very pleasant. It was refreshing to see people who are willing to work hard. They were worth every penny they charged. We want them on a regular basis! We have lived in our home for 5 years and have been unable to find decent window cleaners. How refreshing!

Serene windows were great. The 2 gentlemen that came were friendly and efficient and did a phenomenal job! Better than I imagined. And I don’t know what kind of trickery of window cleaner they have, but between my kids and dogs touching the windows, they still look clear as glass. Like there’s not even a window there at all haha. Price was exceptional as well. Def using them again!!

David and his team deserve nothing less than a 5 star rating. Communication was always excellent, each team member was always polite and professional and the end result of their work was outstanding. We received so many compliments on our house Christmas lights and our lighted pine trees in the back yard. Our surroundings have never been so festive! We can’t wait for David and his team to return to our home in April to clean our windows!!!

I was told we were too late to get lights put up before 2024, and this is the end of Nov 2023. So I got hold of Serene and the estimate was the next day, and the installation the day after. Another website showed the cost much higher than what we paid. They look beautiful and we’re really pleased!

With pine needles piled up in the rain gutters, I knew it was important to have them removed before fire season started. It was easy to schedule the service even working with David via text messages. More importantly, when I noted some issues with the original work, David was quick to respond and rectify the problem immediately.
